Job Description

1. Adjust presentation decks and training materials based on company brand guidelines
2. Create short-form content (Reels/TikTok) to promote company culture and values
3. Draft LinkedIn articles for employer branding initiatives
4. Contribute to internal magazine content, especially employee recognition articles
5. Support employee engagement programs and internal culture activities
6. Collaborate across departments to collect content, testimonials, and culture-related insights

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in Communication, Design, Psychology, HR, or related field
• Available for a full internship period from August 3, 2026 – January 29, 2027
• No classes or academic commitments during the internship period
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, and video editing tools
• Familiar with AI tools for design and content creation
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and writing skills
