Job Description

1. Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and internal systems
2. Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues (PC/laptop, OS, and network)
3. Help with installation, configuration, and routine system checks
4. Provide basic technical support to internal users

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Available for a full internship period from August 3, 2026 – January 29, 2027
• No classes or academic commitments during the internship period
• Familiar with hardware (PC/laptop) and Windows OS installation
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
