• Develop and execute Tiktok/Instagram reels content & strategies to increase products awareness and engagement to pushing sales
• Willingness to be the on-screen talent for TikTok/Instagram videos, showcasing products and engaging directly with the audience through creative storytelling and live streaming.
• Identify & analyze Tiktok/Instagram reels challenges, trends, and creative collaborations to boost visibility.
• Develop creative image, video concepts, and graphics design of promotions for trending Tiktok needs.
• Plan and schedule Tiktok content calendar and create visual contents.
• Track and report on Tiktok/reels performance metrics, using data to optimize content and improve engagement.
• Stay updated on Tiktok/instagram trends, algorithms, and platform updates to maintain competitiveness.

• Female/Male,and confident on camera
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experiences as Content Creator in Beauty Industry. (Fresh graduate welcome)
• Basic skill of Adobe Creative Suite, capcut, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Tiktok & instagram algorithms, hashtags, and features to maximize content reach.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
